In Brief: AFL executive changes, rugby and more

The Thursday news in brief is headlined by a raft of executive changes at the AFL.

Australian Rules: The AFL has unveiled a suite of changes to its executive team which has been headlined by Simon Lethlean replacing Mark Evans as the AFL’s football operations manager, after Evans took the CEO position at AFL club Gold Coast Suns in place of the departed Andrew Travis.

Rugby League: Wagering firm Ladbrokes have renewed their partnership with the Gold Coast Titans for a further two seasons.

The deal means Ladbrokes branding will remain on the Titans playing jerseys.

Rugby Union: Australian Rugby Union have signed a deal with training and recovery equipment brand Blackroll.

Blackroll will be the official supplier of athletic training, physio and recovery tools for the Wallabies.

Rowing: Last week, Rowing Australia and Aon penned a four-year partnership that will see the global risk advisory become a major sponsor of the Australian rowing team and Rowing Australia.
